Our approach
The word rhōmē (ῥώμη) means physical strength. At rhōmē Contrology Studio, we believe strength supports quality of life, confidence, and the freedom to do the things you love.
Even the most gifted athletes and movers can develop compensatory movement patterns that create asymmetrical wear and tear. Over time, these patterns may limit range of motion, contribute to chronic tightness and pain, and increase the risk of injury. Contrology brings awareness to these patterns and supports balanced biomechanics.
We offer Classical Pilates as originally designed to provide a guided framework of structure, attention and control that each person can build, centered around restoring alignment.
